PRELIMINARY RANKING LIST of candidates applied for third call for enrollment in MONTEB with notification about ranking procedure and possibility of objections, September, 2026

The ranking of candidates was carried out in accordance with the Rulebook on detailed conditions, criteria and procedures for enrollment in the first year of undergraduate studies at the University of Montenegro. The Rulebook is available on the website of the University of Montenegro: www.ucg.ac.me .

A candidate who believes that the ranking procedure was not properly implemented has the right to complain to the Central Commission for Enrollment of the University of Montenegro, in accordance with Article 15 of the aforementioned Rulebook on conditions, criteria and enrollment procedures for the first year of undergraduate studies at the University of Montenegro.

Interested candidates can get all relevant information and clarifications regarding  the ranking procedure on 03/09/2026, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., either by phone, at 020 241 450 or in-person, in the office Tempus at first floor. After the deadline for objections, the final ranking list will be published.

Enrollment for candidates who have achieved the right to enroll after the publication of the final ranking list, will take place on September 4, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the office of student service Tempus.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT:

1. the original diploma of the passed external “matura” or professional exam;

2. original certificates of completed secondary education with detailed list of completed classes (all years);

3. copy of the Luča; diploma (or equivalent) and the original diploma for inspection;

4. Proof of knowledge of the English language at least at the B2 level. For candidates who have achieved grade level 5 or 4 (A or B) for the English language matura exam, no other proof of English language proficiency will not be required;

5. a copy of the biometric ID card (those who do not have a biometric ID  card must submit a birth certificate and a certificate of citizenship), and for foreigners, an appropriate identity document issued is accordance with a special regulation;

6. index with pre-filled first page

7. two identical photos (student ID - index format)

8. one completed application form (purchased at the bookstore)

9. Proof of payment of the first installment of tuition fees in the amount of 875 euros. The payment should be made to the bank account of the Faculty of Economics 510 -131 – 35

10. deposit slip for 55 euros to bank account: 832-3161080-65, recipient: RAT (republican administrative tax), the purpose of  payment: recognition of foreign educational documents (All foreign educational documents go through the recognition procedure of the Montenegrin Ministry of Education).

Candidates who are eligible to enroll are required to enroll by September 4, 2026, until 1 p.m. Candidates who do not bring the necessary documentation for enrollment in the specified period will be deemed to  have abandoned enrollment.
