Mobility Day at the Faculty of Economics

The Center for International Cooperation of the Faculty of Economics organized the Mobility Day, which is traditionally held at the beginning of each semester, in anticipation of competitions for student exchanges. The event was held on Thursday, March 6, in the Millennium Hall, with attendance large number of students interested in international mobility programs.

Representatives of key institutions spoke at the event, who brought the available opportunities closer to the students application possibilities and procedures.

- Assoc. Dr. Tamara Backović, vice dean for international cooperation at the Faculty of Economics faculty, she presented the wide range of opportunities available to students, with detailed explanation of application procedures and tips for successful preparation of documentation for exchange.

Ljiljana Gogić, representative of the National Erasmus+ office, pointed out additional opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program, in addition to credit mobility, such as Erasmus Mundus joint master studies. She also presented the results of the research conducted among students who participated in the exchange - almost 95% of them would recommended this experience to my colleagues.

- Jelena Pelević, representative of the Office for International Cooperation of the University of Montenegro. Above, she talked about the different Erasmus+ and Ulysseus mobility programs available both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She put a special focus on Blended Intensive Programs (BIP), a new form of exchange that combines shorter physical mobility with the online part of classes, as well as the benefits offered by joining Erasmus student network.

Anass Zizoun, an exchange student from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne in France, he shared his experience of studying at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, presented his university and invited students to take advantage of the opportunity to spend a semester at his city.

All speakers urged students to take advantage of these opportunities and enrich themselves academically and personally experience through international exchange. In addition to studying at prestigious European universities, these programs enable the strengthening of professional skills and competitiveness on the labor market.
