One of the world's leading experts in the field of organization and management, Ichak Calderon Adizes, spoke at the Faculty of Economics about the organizational success formula, the process of making and implementing decisions, as well as management styles.
The lecture entitled "What is the formula for the success of a company or a country?" it was organized in honor of marking the 50th anniversary of the founding of the University of Montenegro.

Adižes is a world-renowned expert in management and organizational transformation, born in 1937 in Skopje, then in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (now North Macedonia). He developed the Adiges methodology, which is used to improve the performance of organizations, corporations and governments through effective change and teamwork. His approach focuses on organizational growth cycles, problem solving and change management.
Adiges has written over 20 books, among which the most famous are "Managing Corporate Lifecycles" and "The Ideal Executive", which have been translated into numerous languages. His ideas have had a global impact, and he has worked with many multinational companies and governments around the world.
