Enrollment and Year Repetition – 2026/2027 Academic Year

1. Students who have not settled their tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic year must pay the outstanding amount for that year using a separate payment slip; doing so grants them the right to formalize their status for the 2026/2027 academic year.

2. The registration form obtained from the Student Services Office must be properly filled out and signed, and must include a contact telephone number.

3. When registering courses for the 2026/2027 academic year, students must first register any outstanding courses from the first and second years; subsequently, they may add courses from the following year, up to a limit of 30 ECTS credits per semester (or 60 ECTS credits per year).

4. Students from the 2025 cohort who earned 45 ECTS credits during the 2025/2026 academic year are eligible to enroll in the second year, whereas those who did not earn 45 ECTS credits must repeat the first year.

5. Students from the 2024 cohort who earned a total of 105 ECTS credits across the first two years of study by the end of the 2025/2026 academic year are eligible to enroll in the third year, whereas those who did not earn 105 ECTS credits must repeat the second year. Enrollment and year renewal for the Business and Economics undergraduate program will take place at the Student Services Office between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, according to the following schedule:

September 21 – Class of 2025

September 22 – Class of 2024

September 23 – Class of 2023

Students who have one remaining exam from the summer semester to complete their studies may attend classes and take the exam during the winter semester (mentorship-based study).

Documents required for enrollment and year renewal:

1. Application form – must be properly filled out, signed in person, and include a contact telephone number.

The form is available at the Student Services Office.

2. Proof of payment – ​​payment slip for the first installment of the winter semester fee, payable to the Faculty of Economics account (510-131-35), as follows:

- For the Class of 2023 and 2024 – the value of one ECTS credit is €41.37

- For the Class of 2025 – the value of one ECTS credit is €58.34
